Software Engineer

As the VP of Sales, you’ll build, train and grow our Sales Team. You will lead the team in the strategic execution of the sales plan in order to meet and exceed set sales goals.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a SaaS Sales leadership role
  • Experience creating a repeatable, scalable sales cycle
  • Ability to create, manage and grow building sales team strategy
  • Experience with mid enterprise sales. with deal sizes between $25 – 250k
  • Past experience partnering with marketing, customer success and product teams
  • Proven record of collaborating and driving the business, active participant in board and executive level strategy discussions
  • Experience leading SDR and AM teams
  • Past experience leading a SaaS sales team into and through the high growth phase
  • Proven record of attaining quota and goals
  • Experience in managing sales teams consisting of up to 20 FTE
